These meetings are convened monthly to discuss current and ongoing HRA business. The meetings are informal and are held at one of the director’s houses. An agenda is circulated by the secretary and the meeting is recorded.
The agenda has several ‘Standing Items’ including: Accounts, Conveyancing, Estate Maintenance, Correspondence and Communications and AOB. Other items are added as required.
